    If you really want to.

It's actually quicker to use two Tbars, but I can't give away all the secrets.

5 lifts. Not too long if no queues.

    Quickest (including some poling/skating):
    * Up Blue Calf T (after waiting potentially 1/2 hour in the queue)
    * Up Blue Cow T, get off to the right
    * Across the desert to Blue Cow then around the bottom of the beginner double chair - above or below the load, your choice - to the yellow pole line to Pleasant Valley quad (avoiding the Terminal Quad queue)
    * Up Pleasant Valley, get off to the left, take the Home Trail (high traverse) then down across New Territories
    * Up Sun Valley T and get off to the left
    * Around past the Mt P chairs and International T then down to the bottom of Eyre.
    * Eat carrot cake at Eyre Cafe to replenish ;)

So 3 T bars and one chair; the majority of the time might well be standing in the queue for Blue Calf T, the other lifts are usually close to zero queues - arguably you could skate from Burning Log on the flat up past the Australian Ski Club lodge, then ski down the low road to the Carpark chair and up that to Blue Cow T rather than waiting for the Calf (my friends did exactly that a couple of days ago in fact...).

I don't really want to trek along the cat track at the base of lifts.

    3 to get back
2 if you hold your traverse.
or none if you go round the other way or you up for a little skate.

I’d use terminal. Calf, cow/freedom, terminal, pleasant, sun/double/triple

Actually the wizzy race course blocks the route to Eyre from topofquad.

You can get to Guthega Quad / Burning Log from top of Eyre. Went that way last Thursday, was verry niice.

However my preference would be down through Pretty, some fun runs in there. And I like working the Ts across to Mt P.

But 5 lifts would be my quickest way.

Out of bounds ;) Unless he’s doing a high traverse under Olympic to high traverse to Pleasant and then down Pleasant View.

You could also jump on the quad at mid and do similar, or Happy T then quad.

But a more fun way would be Vista, Happy T(barring queues), down to Pretty, Interceptor, Pleasant to Roller Coaster, Ridge, Side Saddle through the tunnel to Guthega.

I’ll use the traverses to avoid queues, otherwise I’d prefer to use lifts and runs.

You don't need skin for Eyre to Guthega.

But do bring your skins cos there is a lot of other cool stuff to explore subject to all regular stay safe words.

I'm heading up on Monday morning to use my free half day from 12 noon, what's the parking situation like now? Perisher/smiggins car parks still filling up early or its calmed down a bit now?

so thankful I am immune from the whole carpark and traffic biz.
worst I have to deal is a 10 minute walk from the Nordic carpark.
At times I have been fortunate to get that far ! ;)

sadly i have seen that at falls in the past, but tended to happen when snow obscured the marked lines in the car park. still, people with NFI ...

What would a day at Perisher be without a little traversing. It ain’t called Flat White for no reason.

I was thinking on the drive up on Sunday that during mid season Sponor's would be a good place to set up a specific snow play area.

It's Perisher's carpark, they don't put up barriers and signs and they direct parking, so really I'd say the blame is on them. A couple of weeks ago when I arrived they were directing traffic to park leaving a huge gap between two of the rows. I don't know why, there was no "overnight car" or anything and it was a relatively clear morning, not low visibility. Anyway at lunch time I saw this:

They actually could have used the space better as a single-file row facing normally, but at least they didn't park people in! As you can clearly see, the gap between those rows was at least twice as big as normal and that forward-facing file of cars is basically in the dead-centre of it.

Actually by my understanding the car park is not Perishers. The car park is the responsibility of National Parks. I may be wrong, but that is what I have been led to believe

So drivers are responsible for the shit parking and drivers are responsible for creating and not repairing the craters in the car park that led to NASA using it as a practice ground for the moon landing?
