Site update Quoted images now show in new theme, (UI.X 1.51)

I have updated templates so that a quoted attachment image now shows as thumbnail instead of a button placeholder.

Also, to improve load speed on mobile, I have also fine-tuned this so that the quoted image thumbnail is no longer a squeezed in full size image.
