Gerg says "The next biggest 7-day gain at Spencers Creek is 116.8cm to Monday, 9 May 1960. That was not from a zero start, so appears valid and is probably the 7-day record." So 116.8 is a fair metric (or at least better than anything else) for the biggest recorded dump in a single weather event. With last week's depth at 115 there would need to be a reading over 232 this Friday to be the biggest valid weekly gain ever recorded. Possible?
