A forum dedicated to the major day to day thread in Weatherzone for Adelaide and South Australia to carry on the legacy. I hope to see many familiar faces in the WZ Forum community on here.
Hello everyone,
My name is Kyle and I am a major weather nut. My weather passion started at a young age and has grown ever since, especially after high school. I am currently studying to work in the BoM as a forecaster, then later on to be a weather station techician.
I am also a keen storm chaser when SA does get thunderstorms, and if I am free to chase. My nickname suits me well with my photography for thunderstorms, particularly lightning.
I own a profressional graded weather stations with a Davis Pro 2 Plus being my home station which has been up and running since August 2012, another two Davis stations are for field work.
6 & 1/2 mls of rain o/night at Exeter.
Do we always get less than further inland or the hills?
Its a work in progress.Ah well I see some states are on the subtropics marine and some are on alpine and southern. They should all be on the same section I would think for simplicity and ease of finding anyway!
