    Does thredbo still offer their scenic lift pass on crack chair during winter?, and if so will they allow you on with ski gear? as from what i can find on their site seems to point to foot passengers only.

    Looking for fome easy BC access.

    Cheers

    you can buy a single ride. the price rose a lot recently. it is a common way for people wanting to get onto ramshead quickly.

    i've used a single ride many times for just that... even with a sled full of beer [IMG] be nice to the lifties if you have extra stuff and help them help you. You are supposed to use the chair to download after your trip, if asked (maybe at the kiosk) tell them thats what you are planning.

    @Shrek - it says $33 on their website... ?

    You can buy a Backcountry Pass, $30 last year. It got you a single ride up Kosi chair, and yes you are supposed to ride it back to the village at the end of your trip!!

    Ummm, usually you get the lifties to download your pack, while you have a run. I think with the RFID you need a specific pass to ride up to the top of Karels, not sure how much extra.
