    Hi Guys,

Just a quick one. Off to QT on Wednesday for a week and some of our group need to hire kit (skis, boots poles, boards & boots).

Where is the best place to hire gear from?

The guys who need to hire are in the upper beginner to early intermediate and are probably somewhat price sensitive/don't need top of the line gear.

Have a mini bus booked so no probs to get to and from.

    Cheers

Torpedo 7 on Shotover street will probably fit the bill to your price sensitive friends.

Go and see Darryl at Small Planet Sports in Shotover street. Tell him I sent you there and to give the standard DPS Discount.
PM me if you need any other detail.

This - greatest smallest, biggest shop in the town and the wild beyond. Fantastic business and well worth supporting.

    Basically, anywhere but Torpedo7.

Ultimately, a vote for Small Planet here.

Thanks for the tips guys. We ended up using quest for the guys who needed hire gear as by chance a friend was working there this season. Gear was fine for those who needed it.

Dropped into small planet too for a look, awesome shop and definitely where I’d hire personally if I needed gear. Impressive selection of BC equipment :D
