    Only some are.
    Not many actually.

Only the lodges and hotels on the western side of the creek are ski in/out.

For some of those though it's also about snow cover at the moment (like north perisher)

Most lodges in Perisher, Smiggins and Guthega are within easy walking distance to/from some ski lift or run or other.

Right at the moment some of those lifts and runs are not open due to lack of snow, but the lodges are almost all sited so as to be close enough to walk (or ski one way and walk back, or skate/pole or whatever).
