I recall having seen a detailed series of maps including side on diagrams at some point but I don't recall if it was recently or long ago. It showed how it went under the carpark and creek. Can't find it on the internet.
There is a display at bullocks flat, might have been there? Might have been at the Jindabyne visitors centre?

Runs a pretty straight line from Bullocks Flat to Perisher.

zoom in and it shows as the Ski tube Maintenance track at the start, and then as it enters the tunnel, the line becomes very faint, but you can follow it all the way to Perisher and Blue Cow.

Its quite straight travelling NW until it approaches Perisher and then bends north
