My first post! Long time lurker. (Big Normo fan!)

A friend told me that there is 6 inches of slush at Perisher (or there was when he was there on Thursday). We are heading up tomorrow. I'm tossing up whether to ski or board. Just a late beginner at both.

    WDYT?

Why don't you just look up Perisher thread? Lots of pics and info there. Make your own opinion.

Colder temps and grooming since Thurs = skis most suitable. "Big Normo" says you won't need to bring a fan! :D

But that big fan might be useful for boarding...

So @Normo uses fans. Always suspected he was wind propelled.

Well, the decision was made when I got out to the car and saw that my husband had loaded my snowboard while I was making the sandwiches.
Spent the day keeping an eye out for anyone who could possibly be Normo!
It was good to get another day of practise on the snowboard, except for the traverse on the Blue Cow Expressway. Meant to go down the Easy Rider, but found ourselves on Copperhead Road. Oh well, all good. Had a nice chat with a stranger coming up the Pretty Valley Double, as I ended up being the single in our group for that one.
Thanks for your tips, guys. I think I will take skis next time.
