He has acquired the presence of Darren Rathbone (who is skiing with his family this week at Falls Creek) the chief Winemaker for the Rathbone Wine Group this Wednesday night. Darren has brought with him a supply of Langi Shiraz 2015 that achieved a sensational outcome taking the third spot behind two of Australia's most sought-after wines Henschke Hill of Grace 2012 and Penfolds Grange 2014 in the prestigious James Halliday wine awards. Wine buffs who participate in this special occasion can sample the award-winning 2015 Langi Shiraz (yet to be released) and also enjoy a glass of Cliff Edge Shiraz. to compliment the Rathbone-produced wines there will be "Brontosaurus"sized steak ( a 500-gram Rib Eye) with a Bearnaise sauce cooked to perfection by Chef Ben Walker.
