97 at spencers creek
Oi !!! I claimed 97cm.
Ok - 88cm
Dont downgrade so hard ;-)
Agree. I would have gone up. I reckon they might take a reading this morning.
Time will tell. Spencers always seems a little behind IMO
SMH are waiting for bribes before they post the number. How much is a gold star worth to you?
102.1 at Spencers Creek..
@Nowada very close for a double
I'm calling insider trading.
183cm by next thursday
So far this season looks similar to 1990 at all 3 locations. Spencers almost hit the 3m mark at 23rd August that year. I would like it to repeat this year, purely self interest as am booked for week on 24th August.
Out by 0.1cm. Damnation - it was the wind I say.
151.7 by next Thursday
reckon it's closer to 2004
I'd like 1990 please.
146.7 next thurs
if we get 3m+ i'll be keen to see gergs trendline.
Screw the trend line, if we get 3m+ I'm keen as hell to look back up and see my lines!
Anyone think we could crack 2M on thursday. I have a bet running with a nuff nuff at Perisher that we wont get a 2M base by the end of NSW school holidays.
IMHO not a chance.
Possible. If the system 9-13 is a biggy. IMHO.
I am going for 1.58m this Thursday.
With the 9th - 13th system a depth of 2.0m is not unthinkable by end of NSW school holidays on Sunday the 13th, but it is usually only checked on Thursdays, so I don't think you will have an accurate measurement for that day.
I'll reserve judgement for this Thursday. Really depends on when that system starts delivering.
put me down for 156 ,, 2m no way
@VSG 2004 is a tighter fit than that across all 3.
I'll trust Jane that the next system starts on the Friday. Put me down for 1.50
I reckon around 153cm this week for SC. Maybe around 160 the following week with hopefully 2m reached by the following week.
~ 170 mark for SC for next reading IMO
174 next reading IMO
140 ish I think.. Sat 148.3
I reckon around 40-50cm fell from Thursday to Monday. Max. Double that amount blew
Its going to consolidate a bunch...4 days this week.
165cm at spencers and 68cm at deep ck and 39cm at 3 mile dam
162cm, but I'll be happy for more
yeah I don't reckon as much snow fell on the weekend as was reported .. by the factor of 1/2
and consolidation is a bitch
at least a condolidated reading is a true reading. measuring fluffy pow does nothing but fudge the books
This is my thinking - a week's worth of settlement.
Whatever it is, it's good! Calling168cm @ SC
My thinking was same
162.4cm at Spencers Creek.
In addition to my guess of 158 for spencers, 85 and 40 for Deep creek and three mile dam respectfully.
I still think 1990 is a closer fit.
It's probably the size of the drifts causing the confusion of how much snow fell. Our favourite rock hideaway just above Pretty Valley cafe down from Interceptor - was buried to the very top of the crevice and up to the top of the whole rock mount itself.
There was a fair bit of wind whilst snowing on the weekend. From the NW on Saturday and SW on Sunday. Totals at each measuring point will vary wildly with loading at one point and scouring at another. But we did get a lot of snow.
I'll say 145cms
We had about 170mm by Thurs. Giving a 90cm change. We've had 80mm since. So about 43cm using same multiplier. So I'm going for 146.6cm.
