Hi

We’re taking our 21 month old daughter to Queenstown in July and were wondering what our options are for creche / day care on the days we go skiing.

What are the on-mountain creches like at Coronet Peak and Remarkables?

Would it be difficult taking her on the bus plus all our gear?

Is it easier to use a creche in Queenstown?

Cheers
John

A friends wife runs the Creche up the Remarkables and she is awesome and has been running it for about 4 or 5 years now. Its fairly common to take the kids on the bus + the gear, they NZski buses are quite nice and have a bit of space.

Hey John,

My Mrs runs skiwiland @ Remarks (thanks for the nice words Draizuh!) and told me to pass on to you to book your child in as soon as possible if you're planning on bringing her up when you visit. Places for under 2s are very limited and it does book out quickly. If you know your dates you can book in online @ www.nzski.com.

Also, if you're looking for transport up either Remarks or CP you can't go past www.ultimatequeenstown.com (pick ups and drop offs directly from your accomodation!)
