As per my other thread, the youngster in the family wants to tele this season – which is great. The rental market is pretty slim, save for the possibility of a store in Wodonga. (We're in Melbourne.)

But buying a used pair might be better. His current foot length is 24cm. So I guess that means 24 or 24.5 mondo.

    Happy to field enquiries.

Mt Stirling ski hire would have a swag of suitable boots in T3/4 or garmont excursions as they hire out to all the school groups.

FWIW I take a 23.5 but I do have ridiculously small feet.

Pity there is nowhere near or on the way to Falls (which is where we go) – I have been calling around, but no luck so far.

If coming from Melbourne going via Wodonga isn't too bad a detour

Yep, was just speaking with Peter. He's got a pair of T1s down to that size.

Lots of life left in those boots; I bought a pair two years ago and hardly any wear at all
I'd offer $250- tho as they are old stock

    Hi John
Did you find boots. I have a pair of T4's if you still need them.

SO has a pair of Garmont Excursions that are looking for a new home. Shell says 24.5, inner has seen a lot of love but probably 24 given her size. Well packed out with the generous Excursion fit so YMMV. Boots have seen a lot of use but if you expect to discard/upgrade after a season or two they may work.

    Happy boy here.

    Kept them on for dinner.

Boots are in REALLY great shape and fit just right – thanks for hooking us up!

Hehe – yep, not exactly 'hugging a barrel'!

And tighten up those top buckles around his skinny little legs!

Update: Just had the boots out at EMC to see if Doug could stretch them a little to get another season out of them and ... magic ... some proper foot beds did the trick (without having to hit the inners or the shells)! Great to get some more miles out of these really nice little boots. Thanks again, Feders! Will hop online next year in search for some 26.5s! And yes, the youngster is hooked on this caper.

    Hi John
Good to hear. The growth spurts just keep coming. My young fella now stands 6'4" and wears size 13 shoes:eek:
Wasn't bad buying him foot wear, as there are many that size on sale.
Good to see the weather arrive.
All the best for a good season.
    Thanks for the update
