    Hi,

Looking to go to Falls Creek potentially in the second last week of September. My girlfriend is more of a beginner and I am more intermediate/advanced. Wondering if there is likely to be enough terrain open to satisfy both of us? Say based on the past few seasons.

    Thanks.

Yes should be . Obviously if we had heaps of rain but not likely it has been a dryish winter.

The last two seasons have been good ones so perhaps aren't a good guide.

I didn't know Falls Creek was in New South Wales! :D
What's the feeling on the slopes though? Is it a below average, average or above average year?
    How's it comparing with Hotham?
I feel like Hotham is having its third consecutive above average season.

    Falls is in Vic.
    Average
Hotham is completely different, either flattish or much steeper than elsewhere ,narrower generally , it needs a really good cover then it is awesome for advanced skiers.

My money would be on Falls - the back of the mountain doesn't get the northerly sun and as others have pointed out unless there's rain or heat it should hold up well.

Lakeside will probably close however you can still get to this area from Cloud 9.

Jeremy Falls is generally v.reliable for all standards of skiers but can be like the curate's egg.
