Because money doesn't just talk....it walks too. And my dollars are walking to Thredbo because, at this stage, it looks like their season passes will be cheaper for locals.

However, I'm prepared to pay for the odd day at PB, just as in the past I have paid for the odd day at Thredbo. I'll probably ski the Saturday of mini SIC at PB. [IMG]

Im thinking of a season pass for thredbo this year. Already got 2 x 3 day trips planned. only takes a few more and im in front. plus it makes trips easy if the big climb is done on the chair.

Yeah - I am tempted by Thredbo this season too.

Good camping options close by, and I did trips off the top of the chair last year just cos the snowline started so high up - and what do you know?! It turns out that its a really easy way to gain lots of elevation!!

Variety is the spice of life too - I have skiied at Perisher LOTS. Not least because I have had season passes there...

I'm out - I would love to come, but don't have leave enough to extend my stay in the NSW snowfields from the SIC weekend till the PB miniSIC weekend.

MMMMMmmmmmm....I will be sans kids that weekend....have some friends staying at my house (Berridale)...but they're cool...

OK so what is happening? I was intending to stumble home from the Berridale pub at some ungodly hour on Saturday night....but could be convinced to drive to the big smoke of Jindy....

    I ski PBlue anyway.....

From what I can ascertain this is actually planned to be a Jindy Mini SiC as opposed to a PB Mini SiC, or perhaps should be marketed as one.......

The dining and socialising appears to be at Jindy, and by calling it PB minisic you are missing the potential attendees that could be staying at Jindy, but not definitely skiing at PB.

That's how I interpret it after arranging previous Jindy Mini SiCs [IMG]

This weekend (going from the last two years!) will consist of a ski around on Sat at PB, A drink at a PB pub (sundeck or the man I guess) on Sat arvo, dinner somewhere in Jinday Sat night and a ski around PB on Sunday.

That's 'cos softy PH isn't actually skiing on Saturday, therefore the Man is an easy hike than Sundeck [IMG]

I will if I'm not too tired, I'm racing 15k and haven't been on skis for 3 weeks, another early start/race on Sunday.

I'd like to meet some of the new faces.

    Cheers.

How many times do you have to be told, Caboose. It's not rape if you say yes. Which you do. All the time.

I'm with Podlette and the rampaging hens for Friday and Saturday. I think they're heading out to The Station to Blizzard on Saturday night, so I may join them for a meal then catch up with you other riff raff at the Brumby for a post dinner drink.
