Diff this time is it hasn’t rained for a year. Back then the 300+ was on the back of a wet few months.
Scored a sneaky 4ml at Umina which is a nice ground softener in preparation for the main event tomorrow.

Just drove into Sydney CBD from north western suburbs. Fark That was heavy rain. I could only drive at 40-50kmh maximum, with windscreen wipers struggling to cope. Lots of standing water and torrents of water flowing across the road. Diabolical conditions
Getting on a Sydney train on a fine day is still an astonishing feat!

I am glad I moved a few things off the deck because the rain must have been horizontal. The bloody wind blew down a 30yr old Banksia, one of two in our native garden part of the garden so I guess a garden Reno is now in order. The birds love those trees The fallen tree mashed a couple of flowering jelly bush as well.
