Thredbo claimed 5cm over the weekend and a dusting in the village

They also stated that it was the coldest March day since 1984

It is melting quickly so Easter should be fine for mtb is nothing else falls. This was taken from near Kosci lookout today.

This is what I thought might happen, if there is more rain the top section seems to get the most effected so would be accessed by the summer road.

Victoria's high parking prices have been very successful in reducing feral tele numbers.

    Ain't that the truth :(
We originally had plans for every second weekend up skiing in Vic but as long as we're still doing the annual week at Thredbo each year, it's too expensive for the two of us to do both each season - car passes, lift passes etc.

Was a good weekend. Track conditions are amazing. Smooth and fast. Lots of maintenance recently. Only a few slick spots on southern facing sections of tight berms on Flow and All mountain.
Back in 10 days for final fling

Head down on Saturday for a week. Taking the bikes and planning on TVT with the kids. Anyone know when the shuttles back to Thredbo are running over Easter?

Also planning on doing ANZAC Day in Jindy (so will have uniforms with me as well)

Will have nearly as much stuff as when going skiing.

Glad to hear you got it sorted!

Now I just need to workout how to update the credit card details they have on file for me. The one they have stored against my account is no longer current and the final payment for our 2019 passes is due to be charged soon. I phoned them to ask how to proceed as when you log into your account with thredbo via their website all you can update is the photo linked to your mythredo RFID card. They said that they were in the process of updating the website and that you should be able to update card details once it’s done however that was a few weeks ago and nothing seems to have changed. We’re down there this week so I guess i’ll just drop into guest services and as them what the go is.

Similar problem. My card was skimmed somewhere down there last year. It was used to buy petrol and groceries from Jindy all the way up to Queensland from late September into early October. I was issued a new card after paying my season pass deposit.

Guest Services doesn't have access to card details for security reasons. A guy on the phone just told me Thredbo would be issuing an email explaining how to update card details in the next week or so, and releasing the online functionality to make it happen at the same time.

Pretty sure my card was a new number last year and they just emailed me and gave me a week to update the details when the card failed first time.

edit: Thinking more about it, they wouldn't want to lose the sale.

Yeah, I'd just take the card in and do it face to smiley face. They always have an excuse of updating the website and while it looks ok, it's not always the most functional :(

That's very unfortunate and while not uncommon, doesn't say an awful lot for their CC security :(

Now that Buller and Thredbo are both in the Mountain Collective, does anyone know if the MTB lift tickets fall under the same rules (i.e. 50% off with an MC pass)?

First run didn't go so well, even three co2 was not enough, and I walked.

Fortunately I carry a spare, though I prefer the other.

Weirdly quiet, I had the AM to myself this afternoon. People rocking in, tomoz will be crowded. Good to see you @Townsend

Yep, on our way up tomorrow after +1 finishes work and drop dog off at boarding kennel. Looking forward to hitting the trails and maybe get kids to do TVT.

Doing a week up there with ANZAC Day in Jindy. Will be an early start for the drive down from Thredbo to go to Daen Service (0545)
