Resorts could run some lifts in summer for MTB and skiing .
No idea about cost though
Been to Thredbo in summer recently?
No, do they have plastic grass skiing?
Many years already , lots of videos on YouTube : Snowplast
No they don’t but it should be considered . I did a feasibility study a few years back here in Newcastle . It stacked up and with the strong summer numbers the Nsw resorts should be looking at this . ( particularly tbo fri flat and perhaps merrits , selwyn should look at this too , and Perisher front valley )
Um....Thredbo already has a sled!
Looks a bit too flammable for Aus summers.
For Nordic skiing as well
You should go. Plastic skiing would get in the way of everything else.
How do you get to final production without anyone realising snow isn't green?
