Hi guys gonna be camping In either thredbo diggings or ngairo(however it's spelt) scrounged through all the old threads and think I'm pretty set, but I have specific questions which I'm uncertain on

Rubber mat - should I put it under my swag or just under my matress?

What to sleep in - if I layer too much I'll sweat and make myself colder, but not layering enough and I have the same problem

How easy is hitching from either of the camp grounds/thredbo It's what I planned to do so I could hit te pub and get out and meet people but don't wanna be stuck in thredbo after a long day.

    Best technique for drying clothes?

    Thanks in advance guys.

    Swag mat. Inside.

Sleep in a -20 bag. Open it up as required.

    Hitching. Easy.

Clothes dryer. Fire. Or genny + tent + blow heater is 5star.

Minus 10 bag should be fine if you have beanie and loose wool socks. With additional silk liner you will be toastie. Just avoid getting wet.

Rubber under the swag will help.

    -10 is fine with layering.

The pool in Thredbo is your best bet for showers and the like.

Self saucing puddings, hot custard, alcohol then bed- no cold issues.
