We arrive the night before Foundation Day Staying for 2 Days in Tokyo then heading to Hakuba Im guessing that Foundation Day is like Australia Day for Japanese
Im also guessing that the celebrations will be completely different to what goes in Oz
How do the Japanese typically celebrate this day
Any thing special doing in Tokyo on the Monday for the day
    Cheers :emoji_beers: Mus

Nothing much happens. It's the celebration of the mythological foundation of Japan, the first Emperor (who was a god), as outlined in its Shinto religion.
You might have thought that it was the celebration of the democratic Japan after ww2, but it couldn't be further removed from that!!!!! ;)
