Im yet to get a handle on what the NW rain shadow that usually spoilt the party in the suburbs, does for this area... I feel like we shouldn't be affected as badly. 1 - further from Macedon, and 2 - on a rise where I can actually see parts of Macedon on a clear day... Thats what Im telling myself anyway..
