Same here, and power just came on so woodheater will burn more efficiently with the fan on.

Not much rain as yet and nice bit of late sunshine on my walk

Had about an hour with no power here, was pleasantly surprised when it came back on.

A whiter shade of pale
In the outer north east it looked like even Mother Nature wildly celebrated the start of another inbetween lockdown phase.
Wind has been absolutely insane. A few trees received a walloping. I think someone will be looking for some new real estate.

Temperatures bounced around like a yo-yo. At 1am, it was 16, still 15 degrees at 5am, dropped down to around 12 at 9am, back up to 15 around midday and even hitting 17 early afternoon, before finally plunging down to 11 after 3pm. Now in single Digits. Earlier today,flashes of strobe lightning were followed by loud rumbling whoops of joy. Ice confetti was sprinkled about. Mammatus clouds bubbled with excitement.

Oddly, lots of sun inbetween a couple of good storms and we had Rainbow coloured streamers across the sky.

The sky brewed up a party from one horizon to the other at sunset. Anvil clouds, lenticular clouds and just about everything inbetween
