    Hello

We are looking for Wanaka accommodation suggestions for next winter please.

Would like something walking distance to restaurants, not too noisy (no loud music etc) but ideal if it includes a heated pool or such like.

Options for either breakfast provided / available for purchase or make your own, we don't mind really.

Interested in any ideas you may have.

    Thankyou for your assistance.

Plenty of motel type accommodation near the town centre close to shops and restaurants. Noise unlikely to be an issue (it's not Queenstown), though not aware of many with pools. Depends on your budget and how many people you have.
One I can think of that does have a pool would be the Lakeside apartments (not cheap though) http://www.lakesidewanaka.co.nz/accommodation/
Otherwise motels like Clearbrook, Brookvale, Aspiring lodge, Bella Vista, Moorings are all centrally located and have kitchen facilities.
