    At the base of the Rocky Valley dam wall, there are about half a dozen of these - what are they?

    I can tell you the steel is reo, maybe 20dia.

    The white post is reminiscent of post / boxes over ground water test or sample points.

    I sure hope that they're going to remove the reo pre-winter. You'd hate to come a cropper, go A over T and end up skewered on the rusty reo.:eek:
