Well, more like a 4WD toboggan. Legal for dragging stuff up to the lodge, but what about riding it downhill ?

Directional stability may need some attention. May have to add steering handles ?

Moulded plastic. Looks good to me. If you can use Aldi toboggans (which break into pieces with sharp edges), pretty much anything that is moulded plastic is OK!
    (ex wheelbarrow, is it not?)

Racing toboggan huh? You can try it on my exclusive private resort. Only the best are allowed here. I've even banned all those unsafe dangerous snotty nosed Thredbo skiers from my slopes.

You got it. The rest had rusted away.
I think BawBaw need "non-steerable" toboggans, no doubt to prevent toboggan wars or intercepting trajectories .
Maybe steering handles which can be disabled would be given a licence to fly.

The only legal place to use a race toboggan is on your grindr profile page.

Nonsense. There are no rules against race toboggans at Mt Steezemore.

I hire these out. LM tried to ban them, until they realised that riders had more control with them than ordinary toboggans. :) (I think they're banned at Buller)

I rode those in VT this year. Those steering handles are like a glass hammer! What didn’t help was doing it at night and a healthy dose of sores before doing it!

Good. We could add an outboard for an aquatic version.

Do you steer it with a whole body movement?

With a dead snowboard on the bottom and sitzski miniskis the steering reverses ie right lever turns you left as you bank in that direction and engage the sidecut. End of experiment.
The question is- Would it have been safer to be strapped in or be free to fly sendiri ?

No, but my contemplated configuration will attempt to utilize the Gliding Wedge.
Small skis in snowplough mode. Outside lever presses on hinged outside ski and tilts sledge and body towards the inside of the turn.
Test during the next hard frost.
How to prevent mission termination from catastrophic disintegration needs some serious design effort ..

Intellectual exercise. Nobody but me will ride the infernal machine and at midnight. Now designing gliding flippers that will just tilt the device and only brake in desperate situations. Shape of teflon runners will be critical to any sort of success.
A non lethal version would be in carbon fiber weighing less than 6 kg. Unlikely to eventuate. :(
    All fun, no ego.

In my head it is designed, had to really discipline my migned !
Single central ski about 10 cm below, for instability needed for violent turns.
    No brakes. Only for wusses.
Air strut supported outboard miniskis, for stability needed to transport eggs and stuff up to the lodge.
Turning: Lean into the turn, pushing inside handle to retract the inside miniski.
Bit like an America Cup foiler, except in reverse, so to speak. :)

apparently, it's not a big deal nowadays because peoples don't know whether they are boys or girls. wonder how many languages this will affect.

the Bel part represents Bel rhythmic skiing patterns. interestingly, there is now also a bawbawskier
