Correct. Although I think Lake Tinaroo has a nicer ring to it. Distinct vegetation transition from the tropical rainforest to the drier eucalypt forest. Interesting tree the cadaghi, observed in residential street planting, good seeing it in natural habitat, it's broad leaves making it appear un-eucalypt. Also saw a lace monitor raid a cockatoo nest in tall, dead stag just before this. Quite a battle between the birds & the lizard, lizard won out in the end.

Close I think but perhaps alittle further up the Ramshead Range, can't think of the name of the area, never been there just admired it from afar, a little treeless face somewhere between Porcupine and Twin Valleys, closest to CP.
More specifically heading down valley overlooking Thredbo Diggings a bit north-east of Mt Duncan Trig.
