Ok this should be a little harder. The bad news is that over the last year or so Ive used most of my digital images so this is pretty much the last "where is" I have at the moment. Without getting stupid anyway.

The good news is Ive just organized for over 300 of my better slides from the last 10 years or so to be scanned.

Hmmm. Now that he's said it, Legend's suggestion seems pretty good to me.

The correct answer for the last photo in "Where is this? - No. 4" wasn't confirmed. Was it King Spur on Mt Koonika?

Legend for a minute there I thought you were wrong. But the Mtns you mentioned in the background where correct. So after a bit of checking I must admit that you are indeed correct, its just i know it as Neilson Crag.

Oh and Snowy Bluff is in the background as well.

Hey Legend is this your photo?
Just do what you did, but put [IMG] after it. Oh, and it's probably a good idea not to identify the location in the file name [IMG] So delete the post two up from this one.

Glorious photo though. Every time I've tried to go there, I've been attacked by the Weather Gods [IMG]

I thought the Victorian photo above might have been Mt Skene at first with the Bluff/Howitt/ Billy group in the distance (ENE direction) but that would make that rugged smaller peak in the foreground Mt Sunday - and I don't think its that rugged.

    Oh well! [IMG]

legend, try pasting the location , not the address. When you bring up the properties box you should see both.

Just been to DARB. Where do I find the properties box (I'm using a Mac if that makes any diff)? Would adding .jpg to the end as part of the address help? (before[/IMG])
    From UBB Code box:
To add a graphic within your message, just enclose the URL to the image as shown in the following example.
In the example above, the UBBCodeâ„¢ automatically makes the image visible in your message. Note: the "http://" part of the URL is REQUIRED for the [IMG]

Legend, in the forum click on Full reply form, then in darb.net right click over the pic and select properties. Then highlight entire address e.g http://darb.net/photos/anonymous/P7090101.thumb.jpg

In reply form click on image tag and place address above into box (make sure you remove the http that appears in the box - you only want one http at the front of the address)

    BTW is it King Billy?

Yep, there are lots of Mt Tabletops, but the two that are easily the best known to walkers are the one 1/2 way between Hotham and Dinner Plain and the one 1/2 way between Kiandra and Jagungal.

Nothing very distinctive there so it's hard to identify, but I'll venture that it's a mainland mountain with treeless fost-hollows below the normal treeline.
