There was a post in RR whingeing about a salt lick and capture yard in kosci. These horses would be captured for rehoming or glue factory. Lots of people saying to destroy it. Isnt this the kind of control measure they have been pushing for? Crazy

And counsel stands before the judge on the day of appeal and seeks to withdraw because they have not been suitably instructed. It would be hard to find someone to take this on as a pro-bono matter. I am thinking there may need to be a substantial payment before any appeal is lodged.

Maguire trying to find out who the shooters are... and then what? Force people out of work in one of the largest economic downturns in our history? Threaten them?

He is claiming that they might be Chinese shooters. What the ****? Those people on his page are stupid enough to believe that.

Reading through the judgement at leisure and I am a little confused about the purpose of the injunction. Was it to save the BHP horses from being shot or the Eastern Alps? It seems to me the matter of Maguire being entitled to bring this action was based on factors to do with the Bogong High Plains horses and there are no plans to shoot them at the moment. The injunction was filed directly in response to the notice of intent to shoot horses in the Eastern Alps and Maguire says he receives benefit from the horses because they graze his land and keep the fuel loads down. This was rejected because he did not comment on the Management or Action plans which called for the removal of the horses on BHP. So it became irrelevant how they would be removed as he would have lost that benefit anyway. But it all refers to BHP horses and he would not derive any benefit or have any special interest above a normal member of the community from Nunniong horses of the sort he is claiming.

Ground for appeal gone. He would have to first establish he has right to bring the action before anything else is valid. Is that correct?

Things will become even more expensive soon, it would seem angry and insane Phil Mc Gee Gee is going for the appeal card. This should force him to sell his own horses to the dog food/glue factory to pay the bills at this rate.

He will need to get a mountain bike very soon.

The money he has thrown at this legal action could have got me a 2 month XC ski holiday in the EU , with no expenses spared.

Imagine using the #brumbylivesmatter hashtag right now while the #blacklivesmatter movement is back on the international stage.

Upper house vote. Hopefully will hit lower house where it will rightfully get squashed.

Posted on the other thread also https://www.ski.com.au/xf/threads/horses-in-national-parks-a-discussion.82548/page-18#post-4322359 for a good read. Maguire has been kicked off FB and RR and has started a new blog. Seems he has been upsetting the founding members of RR and they consider the 'brumbies' have brought the group down. Interesting. Would that mean the horses are now a pest in their eyes? And I said it all along, if Maguire claimed to have saved any horses then his proof would be pictures of his own horses and now he has done just that. It could be alleged this action alone would stand as fraud since he is using it to take money from people. https://www.bundarrah.com/2020/06/welcome-to-bundarrah.html This man is an absolute shocker when it comes to the truth.
