I know someone that is a hard worker with a great work ethic that is keen to go to Japan for a season. She has just completed the Australian season to the end in Perisher working in the early childhood setting. She is interested in all manner of work, child related, guest services, retail, etc.
Looking in the Hakuba Valley. Let me know if there is a position she can apply for.
    Thank you

It has to be in Hakuba?. I mean, a lot of hotels targeting international guests have been opening in Hokkaido, especially in Niseko - Rusutsu - Kiroro area, and I often hear them saying "We are looking for English speaking staff". For example, this was posted in June, and Kiroro tweeted again this month they are still looking for English speaking staff for 18/19.

She needs to apply for a working holiday visa NOW if she is serious about coming and get an International Drivers Licence.

I assume it’s similar in Hakuba as Niseko for work skills. If you have an international licence - especially for a light rigid or higher which enables driving the hiace vans you’re much more sought after.
Add in happy to shovel snow and have a barista course under your belt and you’re as good as hired....might have to wait for the first staff member to break their leg, but IN!
