Why do people buy yen?
Don't ye all just use CC's now?
I barely used cash last trip ...
For some originality, are you able to re-write that in the form of a haiku, please?
I was channelling Wilfred Owen
I want cash in my pocket when i hop on the aeroplane for this portion of my money plan.
So I swear some on here say the managed to exchange yen with coins? I'd love to at least swap a 500yen.
Swap for good karma, QANTAS coin collection thingy at the aerodrome.
PS, not enough to buy even a shit beer in Oz.
clearly you are on the BWS summer giveaways app!
Luckily for most people, with the corona virus has come a drop in the AUD, AFTER they've been snow riding in Japan.
It was around 73yen/AUD, today, it's 66.9!!
And this is one reason to buy cash early when the rate is stable, before this type of financial problem happens..... In times of uncertainty, the AUD always goes down.
### Edit for clarity
Unfortunately that is only good for us Aussies if we already have a buch of Yen and wish to convert back to AUD.
I get paid in a bunch of yen!!!
Come to Australia then, live like a king and help support our flailing economy
And we were worried about 74, dodged a bullet..
